Strategic location, big house, GOOD facilities. American breakfast offers lots of different meals. Setting near shopping complex as well as George Town.

The staffs were helpful, the service was good. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bedroom was lovely. We loved food for American breakfast they prepared. Close to Penang International airport, 6 miles. Great experience.

Overall a DECENT stay, great value. Amenities and staff were very good here. Hotel was fairly clean. Location near the public beach. Well-maintained pool too.

Attractive and competitive value for money, would easily accommodate family. We really enjoyed the sauna, and the ocean view from our room. We had a suite with a balcony. A cool bonus was nearby our Voice Cafe, that offered tea and coffee...

The location was a bit hard to find, it's a pitty.
